Day 1: Arrival Transfer to Your Hotel
Upon arrival at Fes airport, you will receive a warm welcome. Our designated driver will accompany you to your accommodation, providing a brief overview of your upcoming tour. Enjoy an overnight stay and dinner in a traditionally decorated Riad. Note that this day can be omitted if you opt to commence the tour directly from the airport or your chosen Hotel/Riad.
Day 2: Fes Day Exploration
After a satisfying breakfast at your Riad, embark on an exploration of Fes, the spiritual capital and oldest city of Morocco. Wander through its bustling souks, maze-like alleyways, and historic landmarks. Begin with the Royal Palace gate, marking the transition between new and old Fes, followed by the Jewish quarter and Morocco’s first ever-built mosque. Delve into sites of cultural and historical significance, including the renowned Al Qaraouine University, the ancient tanneries, and the Attarine Museum. After lunch, immerse yourself in the charm of Fes el Bali, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its medieval ambiance and vibrant market stalls offering local crafts. Conclude the day with a refreshing drink in the new city. Retire for the night at your chosen Hotel/Riad.
Day 3: Fes – Volubilis – Meknes – Rabat
Begin the day with breakfast at your accommodation before embarking on a full-day excursion. Journey to Volubilis, home to Morocco’s renowned Roman ruins dating back to AD 24-285, followed by Meknes, an imperial city steeped in history since the Alawite dynasty’s inception. Explore impressive landmarks such as Bab el-Mansur gateway, the Sahrij Souani Basin, and the ornate Moulay Ismail Mausoleum. Continue onward to Rabat for an overnight stay at your selected Hotel/Riad.
Day 4: Rabat Sights and Casablanca ,Night in Rabat
After breakfast, delve into the enchanting sights of Rabat, starting with the iconic Hassan Tower and the historic Oudaias Kasbah offering panoramic views over Salé city and the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy lunch before proceeding to Casablanca, Morocco’s bustling commercial capital. Explore the grandeur of Hassan II Mosque and the historic Place Mohammed V. Return to your Rabat Riad for a restful night.
Day 5: Rabat – Chefchaouen via Rif Mountains
Following breakfast, embark on a journey to the captivating blue city of Chefchaouen, nestled amidst the Rif Mountains. Explore the Kasbah, adorned with charming gardens and cultural attractions, before retiring to your Riad for the night.
Day 6: Exploring Chefchaouen
After breakfast, traverse the scenic roads of Rif’s villages, passing through Assilah with its captivating wall paintings. Continue to Tetouan for lunch, exploring its artisanal crafts and renowned monuments. Arrive in Chefchaouen in the afternoon to immerse yourself in its unique charm. Spend the night in a local Riad.
Day 7: Chefchaouen–Fes Free Walk
Enjoy breakfast at your Riad before a leisurely exploration of Chefchaouen’s captivating streets. Indulge in a Moroccan lunch at a local restaurant, followed by free time to absorb the city’s exotic ambiance. Depending on your departure schedule, we will transfer you to the airport or your chosen destination.
